A position is available for a Retail Sales Rep/Manager.  As the primary contact for retail customers of our Agricultural, Lawn & Garden, and Construction equipment, this position also provides support to the President and will assist in the efficient operation of our retail sales processes.  The objective of this position is to be able to develop sales strategies for the growth and improvement of the business, and to be able to recommend the best products to optimize resources invested.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  * Ordering whole goods
  * Appraisal of used equipment
  * Scheduling of sales staff
  * Showroom presentation
  * Travelling to and attending training seminars
  * Assisting staff and customers when necessary

Success Factors Include:
  * Review the current sales plan and implement   upgrades based on existing resources
  * Develop a product plan that meets the needs of our customer base
  * Address advertising and promotional programs that target our customer base
  * Find and establish new sales and marketing opportunities to build on our existing customer base
