Description

Job Purpose: The Sales Associate is a customer service specialist.  Sales Associates are
responsible for seeking out and advising customers, in a positive, solution oriented manner.
When not attending to a customer, the Sales Associate stocks shelves, helps set up displays,
prices product, and maintains the cleanliness of the store.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities required

-  Maintaining a customer first, positive attitude.
-  Ability to approach customers, listen attentively, and use suggestive selling.
-  Staying calm and attentive in a busy environment.
-  Ability to multi-task.


Job Qualifications

-  On the job training and previous experience.
Working Conditions
-  Standing for extended periods, walking long distances to move/handle merchandise,
and provide customer service.
-   Lifting up to 40 lbs. and maintaining fitness level to perform all functions as set forth
above.
  Operating keyboard, scanning, and touch screen technology in a repetitive manner.
