Description

The Coordinator, Student Life (Coordinator) will manage, mentor and support Student Life staff including Resident Assistants (RAs) and Senior Resident Assistants (SRAs). Through implementation and leadership of the Student Life program and advising on student issues and support strategies, the Coordinator works to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse student population.  Developing and enforcing restorative and appropriate disciplinary processes is critical to this work, as is continued assessment of risk for both students and the community. The Coordinator will work to create a community within Residence, which will be centered on principles of holistic student development, inclusivity and academic success.
