Our Support Team is the front line and the first point of contact for our clients.  Clients engage Support for help using the software, understanding the software, and to address technical issues. iQmetrix believes in providing a high level of customer service. Support Specialists play an essential role in building relationships with clients, building trust in our products, and having an overall positive impact on our clients and the company as a whole.
