We have been building quality, affordable homes since 1969, and due to our increase in sales, J&H Homes is searching for motivated individuals to repair warranty claims on our Ready To Move homes.

Responsibilities
Repairing warranty claims on houses, after they have been moved
General carpentry and handyman duties
Travel within designated area to serve our customers
Daily communication with Warranty
Supervisor of all concerns, problems and
challenges
Weekly housing status update
Qualifications
General knowledge of all trades
Experience with drywall and painting
Home building experience
Strong Organizational and communication
Skills
Valid Drivers license
Criminal record check
Team spirit
Please note: This job will require extensive
travel and time away from home.
