The Branch Administrator is responsible for managing the activities of the inside sales and customer service to ensure superior service is provided to customers. Performing administrative duties for the office. Managing and encouraging optimal performance of all direct reports, including training.

Key Responsibilities:

-Directing customer activity [such as, Inside sales activities / customer service quotes, order entry and expediting].
-Acting as back up to inside sales and customer service departments.
-Administering and processing required documentation for returns i.e. repairs and Credits, shipping and receiving etc.
-Investigating any building issues and following up to ensure they are rectified.
-Reporting weekly attendance for the branch.
-Monitoring and reviewing daily sales activities and  tracking branch activity by the month.
-Reviewing and troubleshooting problems with daily branch activities including sales, margin dollars, rebates, special pricing, returns, A/R and A/P, warehouse and inventory.
-Managing the administration of special pricing [rebates and time of order].
Resolving day to day personnel issues where management decisions are required.
-Other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

-High School Diploma required.
-University/College Degree preferred.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
-3-5 years of related experience required.
-Sales experience required.
