Description

1.    Works closely with the various individuals offering strength and conditioning services to all high-performance athletes, training groups and clientele.  
    Being adaptable to work with different types of clientele and sports such as:
Canadian Sport Centre Saskatchewan
Canadian Paralympic Athletes
Sport Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan  provincial programming
Saskatchewan Soccer High Performance Development Centre
Astra Soccer Academy  Provincial High Performance Centre Program
Football  high school and junior
Goldfins Swim Club
Sask Baseball, Curling, Wrestling, Synchronized Swimming, Figure Skating, Fencing, Volleyball, Triathlon, Speed Skating
Track and Field Clubs
Marathon Runners and Triathletes
Hockey and Ringette
These are a few of the sports that we currently work with along with the general publics and general fitness community.

    Work with clientele that have had motor vehicle or work related injuries and are in a rehabilitation program in the clinic.  

2.    To work within a multidisciplinary facility at Craven SPORT services location(s).  This would require good communication skills between all members of the team as well as appropriate referrals to the other disciplines. These other professions include:
-    Physiotherapists
-    Massage Therapists
-    Sport Medicine Physician
-    Dietician
-    Psychologist

Main Responsibilities:
Organize and implement interventions that will optimize the athletes/clients physical performance and overall health.  This may include the utilization of fitness testing and monitoring tools. Program and provide, supervise, and coordinate strength and conditioning services for targeted athletes, training groups and clientele; ensure that the best practices for safety and hygiene are followed.
