Job Description: Looking for evening position for administrative assistant. To assist the company by facilitating and coordinating of patients appointments, facilitating the practitioners schedules, maintain order of the billing and collecting of payments and other administrative duties as required by the VP of Administration.
Other duties include:
- All telephone and front desk reception.
- All filing and preparing of client files, and
administrative correspondence.
- cleaning duties
Other Abilities:
- Applicable experience, especially in dealing with the public
is desirable

good memory, and capable of handling many small
