Description

Canada has the highest rate of multiple sclerosis in the world, with 100,000 Canadians living with MS. The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada is the countrys MS advocate, funding leading research in MS and programs & services that help people live well with the disease.

The MS Society is seeking highly motivated individuals to act as telephone operators for a temporary call centre to recruit canvassers for the upcoming residential door-to-door campaign.

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 5:30pm-8:30pm. We are currently accepting applications to work the full hours of operation as well as part time applications (minimum 2 nights/week).

Responsibilities:  To call and recruit past and new potential volunteer door-to-door canvassers  for the fall campaign

Qualifications:
Individuals must be over the age of 16 to work in our call centre run out of our Saskatoon office
Excellent communications skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and display sound judgment
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Superior customer service skills

Special Considerations:
Time frame: 4-6 weeks starting in June
