We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist on behalf of our client, a leader in the financial sector.
Duties include:
- Answers incoming calls, responds to routine inquiries and directs calls to appropriate personnel
- Greets visitors, customers and vendors and directs them to appropriate personnel or meeting place
- Take detailed, clear telephone messages and forwards to the appropriate person
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and maintains postage machine
- Responsible for front counter courier pick up and deliveries
- Responsible for booking travel arrangements and accommodations as requested
- Word processing, e-mails and correspondence as requested
- Filing, photocopying and general office duties
