A busy Gas station with Convenience store in Carlyle, SK is hiring a Store Manager
- Completion of secondary school is required.  Having a College diploma or University degree is preferred.
- Several years of related retail sales experience is required.
- Able to work on evening and weekend shift.  
- Main duties:
         Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the store;
         Manage the activities of staff members and assign duties;
         Determine and select merchandise to be sold;
         Maintain & control inventory;
         Prepare and report daily or weekly sales performance to owner;
         Resolve customer complaints; and,
         Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
- Working hours: 37.5 hour per week (Full-time),  
- Wage: $24.50 ~ $27.00/hr depends on experience  with 6% of vacation fee or 15 days paid vacation.
