POSITION AND SCOPE
As a key member of Envirotec's dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and will provide administrative support to our various business units. The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills while having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Business administration diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 2 years of administrative experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries or service requests, extracting relevant information to facilitate response and to provide pertinent information to the customer
Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients
Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, faxes and couriers
Maintain filing and archiving systems for all divisions
Manage incoming calls and the direction of the phone call to the appropriate division
General office duties as assigned
