Applications are invited for a 70% Administrative Assistant at cole White City School commencing August 26, 2015.

White City is a quiet but growing community located near Regina. Amenities include the Aspen Links Golf Course, Communiskate Arena, Community Centre and an expanding business and service sector.

The successful candidate will have:
    demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping processes including preparation of bank reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations  and budget management  
    excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
    post-secondary Secretarial/Office Education Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution
    superior knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
    knowledge in the operation of equipment such as computer, photocopier, fax, telephone and intercom
    knowledge of the SIRS program (Student Information Records System) would be an asset

The successful candidate will also pay attention to detail, have strong analytical skills and communicate effectively.  A skills test may be required by those selected for an interview.
