Description

A Saskatoon real estate construction and development company is seeking
an executive assistant to report directly to a member of the Executive
team and fully support that Executive who works primarily in the areas
of corporate business development, legal affairs, design.
The successful Candidate will be living in Saskatoon, ready to take the
position without delay and be involved with many high-level real estate
projects on various aspects in support of the Executive and have the
following abilities:
- highly organized, efficient, professional, trustworthy, prompt,
reliable, a self-starter & highly proficient computer skills in MS
Office especially Outlook, Word (including the Tracking function) & Excel;
- excellent professional level written and oral communication skills
with an attention to document detail, proofreading & formatting of
documents;
- organize the Executive's electronic filing system for corporate legal
documentation & design documentation, to meet the needs of the
Executive;
- character flexibility to follow directions of the Executive, be able
to take charge, be responsive to the Executive's corporate needs in the
absence of the Executive & work independently in the Executive's
absence;
- knowledge to interact with IT people to resolve any technology issues
affecting the Candidate's or the Executive's work;
- manage the Executive's calendar & schedule;
- flexibility to quickly adapt to the varying needs of the Executive
& be a team player by taking on additional work for others in the
company when requested by the Executive;
- identify what needs to be done & accomplish those tasks with
little supervision;
- work cohesively & cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment.
Traits highly desirable in the Candidate are experience or familiarity
with construction- or corporate-related legal documents, architecture
& design.
