We are currently accepting applications for an Office Clerk in our Saskatoon location.

Reporting to the General Manager and CFO this position will be responsible for clerical support to the Shipping/Receiving department, as well as to the Accounting department. Typical duties will include cross referencing receiving documents to invoices, data entry, filing, daily bank deposits, maintaining inventory on office supplies, and various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-Hold a valid certificate in Business Administration or something similar
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
-Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Proficient computer skills with a high level of accuracy
-Ability to make arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
-Maintains a good attitude and solid work ethic
-Must conduct him/herself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity.
-Strong time management skills
