The City of Weyburn invites applications for the position of:
          Full Time Permanent Public Works Labourer.

The City of Weyburn is a dynamic and progressive municipality located in the heart of Southeast Saskatchewan. The City has a population of over 10,500 and a solid economic and community foundation upon which new opportunities are continuously built.

This entry level permanent, full time Public Works Labourer position is an integral component of our Public Works processes. We are seeking a long term, goal-oriented individual with an interest in a municipal career.

The Public Works Labourer and Sewer and Water will:
- Perform all duties associated with Sewer & Water infrastructure maintenance and repair;
- Be physically fit and prepared to work in the outdoor environment in all weather conditions;
- Work as part of a team in a fast paced work environment;
- Participate in the after-hours and weekend 'On Call' rotation;
- Be required to work occasional overtime; and
- Various other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will:
- Have completed Grade XII or equivalent;
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Salary Range: $13.98 - $22.07 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications as per CUPE Local 90 agreement
