Cut potato seed, weed cabbage and potatoes using hoes, thin cabbage by hand, move 4" irrigation pipe and wheel lines through vegetable crops, carry 10lb., 25lb. and 50lb. sacs/cartons to weigh stations in field, weigh and stack various pack sizes on pallets, cut cabbage/cauliflower using knives,pick cucumbers, pick dirt off potato conveyors and harvesters, working up to 13 consecutive days during irrigation and harvest periods sometimes 12 hours per day. Sorting, weighting and palletizing various packs of potatoes. Visually sorting potatoes, working in a team environment. Monday thru Saturday; average work days may be up to 10hrs per day.
