Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the store.  Training and supervision of the Wireless Team Members is required.  To be a successful member of this growing organization you must have a passion for cellular wireless technology. Most importantly, you create a work environment that is poised to deliver extraordinary customer service through effective leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational goals which are tied to pro-actively aligning company and sales objectives by driving the organizations mission, vision and values;
Training and supervising of all staff is required;
Strong experience with reporting, analytics and productivity measurements;
Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines;
Monitor store inventory and provide reports;
Review store hours, schedules, commission/sales and payroll to ensure accuracy.
Work directly with the HR department to address or resolve employee issues as needed.

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
A minimum of five years experience in significant leadership roles within a progressive customer care and sales environment;
Experience in analyzing and planning appropriately for business demands;
Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct, coach, develop and supervise a multi-level team;
Proven ability to act with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence;
Must be well organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time;
Advanced proficiency in office software (MS Office, Accounting and Point of Sale software) previous experience with Epicor or similar software would be an asset;
Attention to detail and follow through is critical to the role.
