Duties:
-Assist housing first clients with supports once they moved into their home
-Serve as a liaison/referral to employment and training opportunities.
-Provide programing and services for housing first individuals/families that address their basic needs.
-Home visits to ensure the housing first clients are working towards solutions to meet their needs and to ensure they are taking care of themselves and their homes.
Qualifications:
-Ability to work within an aboriginal setting in an effective manner.
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Ability to work with a variety of business and community service providers.
-The ability to communicate effectively.
-Excellent written skills and basic computer knowledge.
-Knowledge in addictions services.
-Must provide a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and CIPC.
