Description

We are currently looking to fill a Branch Manager position with one of our Financial Clients in Saskatchewan. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and offers a competitive Salary package as well as Benefits.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service and building rapport with new and existing customers.
Assisting with the building of Revenue and collection management processes.
Manage staff and monitor daily operations
Continuous growth of employees by coaching / training new and existing employees
Assist with building business by sourcing new clients, cold calling and building relationships.
Making sure records are organized and maintained
Assist customers with their financial service needs
Participate in various loan/account processes, communicating agreements and terms and conditions to customers
Implement new corporate strategies and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Must have 3-4 Years of Management experience, preferably in the Financial Industry.
Previous experience with Sales and be driven by Sales and growth metrics.
Strong understanding and experience within financials, credit, collections and/or lending
Team leadership, coaching and recruitment/selection skills
Professional and engaging demeanor
Outstanding time management, problem solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding situations
Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities
Minimum of a grade 12 Education. Post-Secondary Education would be an asset.
Must have a valid provincial drivers license and access to a vehicle
