Wow Factor Media is looking for full time, permanent operations administrator. Duties include assisting CEO & COO, overseeing work flow of all projects and client contracts from start to finish, data entry, price control, invoicing, accounts receivable, customer service including answering phone calls and emails from clients and more. Experience in bookkeeping or project management or experience as an administrative or executive assistant is required for this position. The ideal candidate must be well organized and be able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
