Fast Genetics Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated person to fill a one year term position of Human Resources Manager. This position will ideally be a full-time role and may be based out of our Saskatoon or Spiritwood office.

This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions but is not limited to:
Conducting local and foreign recruitment, orientation, and focusing on retention,
Assisting with training and development, performance management, succession planning and compensation,
Providing advice and guidance on Human Resource issues,
Coordinating required training programs (First aid, fork lift, H2S, etc),
Coaching, training and ensuring adherence to Human Resource policies,
Administering benefits and pension plans,
Assisting with OH+S administration,
Travel between the offices and production facilities,
Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook,
Valid Class 5 drivers license,
Excellent organization and time management skills,
Excellent communication skills and possess the ability to communicate well with all people in the organization,
Strong interpersonal and team building skills with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination,
Knowledge of immigration and foreign recruitment,
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or associated field or equivalent work experience,
2-3 years of experience in a similar position. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Salary is based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Anticipated started date of Aug 17, 2015.
