The HR Generalist Position, located in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Band Office, reports to the Director of Operations and the Council of the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, and is responsible for Human Resource functions.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma in busniess adminstration or related discipline, and/or a combination of previous experience in HR generalist functions
- Knowledge of Aboringal labour law a definite asset
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan and Canadian Labour laws and best practices
- Experience and/or education in administering employee benefits
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience working with MS Office and automated time systems
