Job Description: The Regional Manager of Operational Support Services, with the overall direction for the Director of Operational Support Services, plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the resources and staff of the Department of Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services and Laundry Services.  This encompasses the provision of services in various different facilities in the Sunrise Health Region, including catering and retail programs.  This is in keeping with the specific objectives of each of the departments and the Sunrise Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent) and completion of an approved Dietetic Internship or completion of an approved diploma in Food and Nutrition Management (or equivalent)
Completion of Food Safe Level 1 and 2 required.
Journeyperson Cook Certificate is an asset
Experience
Five (5) years of related Food & Nutrition Services experience, at least two of which are in a management capacity in a health care setting.
Two (2) years of related Environmental Services experience in health care is an asset. Previous management experience in the Laundry and Environmental Services industry is an asset.
