JA Tech Inc. is a provider of specialized construction & field technical services for most equipment & apparatus which form a part of an electrical power system. Services vary in scope from installation, maintenance & acceptance testing, commissioning, start-up, system studies & analysis, & repairs. We are recruiting for an individual to join our management team. The division of duties amongst the team would vary based on the experience, abilities & interests of the successful applicant.
Compensation Package
-Salary will be dependent on experience & the role that is assumed.

Depending on experience & distribution of duties amongst the management team, duties may include:
-overseeing project managers, team leads, safety representatives & QA/QC representatives,
-maintaining the companys schedule & planning matrix,
-assist in the development of new systems to be used as tools in the overall management of the business,
-assist in the development of the annual budget,
-monitor field workers, including subcontractors, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, integrity & quality,
-act as a liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings & related information,
-source materials for jobs,
-assemble cost information for projects, estimates, proposals, & quotations,
-respond to customers tender requests,
-attend project meetings as required,
-regularly communicate with the customer, sub-contractors, suppliers & client representatives; and
- establish & maintain marketing goals set out by company.
Skills & Qualifications
-Journeyman Electrician-Red Seal or EET Diploma or Electrical Engineering Degree,
-minimum of 10 years of field, supervisory & management experience,
-excellent facilitation, negotiation & conflict resolution skills,
-proficient in using Microsoft Office,
-valid drivers license; and
-able to remain at projects sites as required.
