The Facility Administrator provides administrative support to the operations staff and facility manager. The successful candidate will quickly develop a working knowledge of the day to day operations and company activities while providing excellence in customer service.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Daily ticket entry & checking
- Customer/guest reception
- Fluid/Material recording and tracking
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Safety Tracking
- General Office Administration
- Support to the Lead Administrator & Facility Manager
The successful candidate will have:
- Grade 12/GED
- Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years administrative/accounting experience
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
