Dream Unlimited is currently looking for an Estimator for our Saskatoon Homes by Dream group.
Who are you?
In your experience analyzing, estimating, and planning, youve greatly developed your strategic planning skills while also strengthening your attention to detail. You are a great communicator and you like people, so you have no problem building relationships, clearly relating information to others, and working closely with the members on your team.
What will you do?
Here are some of the primary responsibilities youll have in this role. Well talk about the others in person.
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents;
Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents;
Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements;
Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;
Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information;
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
Maintain cost data base by entering and backing up data;
Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What type of experience do you have?

You have experience in Information Analysis, Estimating, Planning and Reporting Research Results.
Wed love it if you had post-secondary training in a field related to construction, such as architectural technology or construction technology.
Youve gained data center experience.
Extra points if you are familiar with construction
