David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Property Administrator in their busy office.
This position provides frontline customer service to clients of Rental Advisors via phone, email and walk-ins; you will also provide office support to staff.
The Role:
Respond to all phone calls received at reception in a timely manner
Answer all emails within the same day. Emails received after office hours to be answered within the next business day
Deal with scheduling and maintaining calendars as well as booking of client appointments
Conduct outbound calls to clients when required
Maintain property vacancy lists
Support all advertising / marketing for the company and any property listings
Provide administrative support to the rest of the Rental Advisors Team. These include document preparation and tracking, photocopying, data entry, handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining databases, filing, etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of one (1) year of real estate related work experience
Professional and friendly
Excellent communication skills
Excellent client service orientation
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work and act independently to resolve issues
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, prioritize well, and meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
