As a member of our Customer Care Team, you will work with great people whose positive attitudes and excellent interpersonal abilities consistently create and build strong customer relationships. Position Responsibilities
-Promptly answer and provide accurate and appropriate information to incoming phone calls or emails from clients and brokers.
-Identify, research and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
-Promote and sell products over the phone using product knowledge.
-Complete Health Plan and Travel change requests over the phone including calculating and collecting premiums.
-Process a daily deposit for Customer Service credit card transactions.
-Create system records of each call handled, providing caller identity, issue discussed and outcome to ensure client profiles are current.
-Develop and maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of GMS product, service and program information related to clients and brokers.
-Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of internal GMS departments including their processes and procedures.
Scheduling and Shifting
Monday to Friday 7AM 6PM, weekly shift rotation
Education & Experience
-High school(college certificate, university degree would be an asset)or combination of education and work experience.
-One to three years prior experience in call center, financial services, administration background or equivalent industry experience.
-An understanding of MS Office.
