Cervus Equipment is in the business of acquiring and operating authorized agricultural, industrial, commercial & transportation equipment dealerships in Canada and globally with dealerships in Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

We are a rapidly growing company operating one of the largest networks of John Deere agricultural equipment dealerships in North America. We proudly own 20 John Deere dealerships in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Our John Deere dealership in Watrous, SK is now seeking resumes for a Service Manager.  

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a collaborative service department that achieves long-term consistent growth
- Managing the day to day operations, recognizing what is in the best interest of the department and company; making decisions accordingly
- Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
- Managing work orders, warranty and OEM product improvements. Confirming they are closed, submitted and proper payments are accounted for in a timely manner
- Employee satisfaction including directing and monitoring development

We need someone that has:

- Minimum three years experience in Service Department operations
- Agricultural product knowledge
- Dynamic and inspiring leadership skills
- Strong personal sales ability with solid accounting and financial skills
