Our client, a leader in the financial industry, has an exciting career opportunity for qualified applicants to provide CUSTOMER CONTACT ASSISTANCE. You will be responsible for reaching out to customers regarding their accounts and accurately processing high volumes of information.
In this role, you will:
- Contact clients to review the terms of their account
- Ensure all customer information is correct
- Inform clients of possible changes to their account
- Act as liaison between company and customer to manage accounts
- Answer any inquiries and problem solve for the best outcome
- Complete various administrative/clerical duties involved in your work
- Accurately process reports when required
Education & Experience:
- Office Education is a definite asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role; financial industry preferred.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Bilingual abilities (French & English) a definite asset
- High attention to detail when processing paperwork
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette
- A genuine interest in helping customers and providing a superior service
