Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Bookkeeper to join our clients fast-paced boutique Real Estate firm. Located in the heart of downtownSaskatoon, our client is a leader in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Reporting to the Broker, the Financial Bookkeeper is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting processes and procedures for three separate companies including Property Management Accounts, Brokerage Accounts and Sale/Lease Transactions.
Responsibilities of the Financial Bookkeeper:
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Office and Agent payroll (Salary/Commission)
- Government reporting (GST, PST etc.)
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Property Management reporting
Qualifications:
- Real Estate or Property Management experience
- Superior skills in QuickBooks or experience in Simply Accounting and Microsoft Excel
- Education in Business or Accounting preferred (designation not required)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while under pressure.
