Responsibilities:
Oversee supervisory, administrative and financial related duties
Provide pivotal support for a portfolio of residential properties
Work closely with our Corporate Head Office on various administrative and accounting matters, Leasing Agents, Maintenance and Cleaning Staff
Handle property management responsibilities including, but not limited to, approving leases and managing tenant requests
Generate monthly reports and assist with property budgets
Office management duties include, but are not limited to, dispersing information and supervising staff,
which may include receptionists, leasing agents, and maintenance staff
Responsible for hiring and training new employees, explaining compensation benefits, and evaluating
job performance
You are responsible for organizing office operations and establishing procedures to ensure the smooth
operation of the office
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience working in Property Management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong Word and Excel skills are a must, and experience with Yardi is an asset
This is a very hands on role and you should feel comfortable multitasking and should have excellent
customer service skills
