Job Description: The SCM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the regional design and implementation of the region's clinical information system Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM). This entails directing, coordinating, and supervising the project related activities of a diverse team of interdisciplinary clinical and technical experts. The project manager will work closely with SHR leadership, all SHR Business Units, vendors, consultants and a wide range of key external stakeholders to successfully manage risk and to complete the project within the defined timeframe and established budget. He/she will be expected to coordinate planning efforts, obtain resolution to issues, manage widely diverse relationships and perspectives, ensure involvement of appropriate participants through chairing of end user committees and other methods, and provide overall coordination and communication between the project team and others. The Project Manager will ensure that there is integration with other regional projects and endeavors and will follow the regional framework and protocols for project management.

Experience
Five (5) years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as listed.
Five (5) years experience implementing clinical experience applications.
Experience in leading successful quality process improvement projects is an asset.
