Description

The Administrative Assistant is accountable for assisting the Finance and Administrative department with various support related tasks.  This is a full-time temporary position from May through August.

The ideal candidate will have experience and possess the ability to:

    Ensure a positive, timely and concise manner when addressing questions and concerns with park customers.
    Supports the booking department with accuracy and timeliness of contract development and coordination.
    Assists in the start to finish process of event planning and coordination ensuring the best customer service possible.
    Communicates effectively with departments on park bookings and booking details.
    Supports finance when required with accurate data entry within payables, inventory receivables, exhibit change support.
    Supports reception as required with administrative duties including but not limited to timely coordination and preparation of WHPA board meetings, including minutes, agenda and documentation as well as logistics of meeting.
    Work with finance and administrative department in development of policies and processes as required by the department.
