David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a company based in Oxbow, Saskatchewan to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a permanent role.
You will need to be an organized hard-working individual who enjoys working in an active environment, embracing the culture of continuous improvement. Your challenges will include being punctual and reliable, yet flexible to new systems and procedures, arriving at the office each morning with positive drive and a proactive approach. You will be able to cope with increasing workload, yet prioritize and manage your time to achieve maximum results. You should enjoy relating to customers and have an inspiring trustworthy manner to care for their needs.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is critical. You will be willing to learn to operate our client's in-house software system.
The Role:
General correspondences
Preparing document and spreadsheets
Managing calendars and appointments
Customer service
Answering phone calls
The Ideal Candidate:
Three (3) years of previous administrative experience
Customer service experience is an asset
Compensation:
Salary will commensurate with experience
