Do you have great admin skills and a flair for customer service? Passionate about the automotive industry and providing great customer care in a busy showroom?
Our client, a leader in the travel/auto industry, has an exciting opportunity for someone with service advisory, warranty issuing and problem solving skills.
Duties of this role:
- Answer customer inquiries - greet, listen and understand their needs
- Assist with service bookings and schedule
- Administer warranty claims
- Document all services provided, and close repair orders in a timely manner
- Provide continuous support by periodically checking up on customer needs
- General administration support as required
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12. Office administration is an asset
- 2-3 years in a related role with emphasis on the automotive industry

- Confidence dealing with a range of customer queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
