Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Manager, Asset Strategies and Engineering (ASE) at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will deliver safe, cost effective and reliable asset health strategies and work management practices across the site to ensure operational safety, cost control and reliability. The Manager, ASE also provides visible leadership and direction across the operation for site sustaining capital project management in accordance with the Mosaic CPM process and ensures alignment with Mosaics business strategy and achievement of business unit goals.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Majoring in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical.
* P.Eng designation required.
* 10 years of Plant Maintenance and/or Operations experience.
* MS Office and Maximo computer skills.
* Responsible for communicating on the status of all Asset Strategy, Capital and Maintenance compliance metrics.
* Effectively managing resistance to change.
* Set expectations and Communicate to stake holders.
* Avoid unnecessary layers of complexity by keeping processes simple.
* Leading and maintaining good relationships with the Esterhazy Operating Unit.
* Requires knowledge and understanding of current reliability centered maintenance technologies.
