We are a Regina based company providing IT infrastructure and managed services to businesses across Saskatchewan and we love technology. Since our humble beginnings in 1989, FACT has added an office in Saskatoon and continues to grow. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical ability to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of these qualities:

    Technical competence, experience and working knowledge of Mac required
    Experience repairing all types of Mac devices including iPhones a definite asset
    Ability to repair Windows based technologies an asset
    Strong work ethic
    Dedication to customer service and satisfaction
    Passionate about technology
    Enjoys providing the highest level of customer service
    Efficient troubleshooting skills
    Wants to learn, test, and deploy new technology
    Wants to work in an IT environment that stays current
    Ability to learn quickly

Duties required would include primarily in-house technical support for Mac OS based technology including, iMac, Macbooks, iPhone as well as onsite support at client sites when required.  
This is a position requiring broad knowledge of most industry standard I.T. systems.  Related Industry certifications are a definite asset.
