Type: Permanent Part Time

City/Town:
  Lloydminster/Meadow Lake/North Battleford

Facility: PN-REGIONAL-KPO QUALITY & SAFETY

Department: PN-QUALITY & SAFETY

Geographic Location: REGIONAL

Hours of Work:
  In a 4 week rotation: 10 shifts of 7.50 hours

Salary or Pay Band:
  Salary and benefits as per terms and conditions of employment

Job Summary:
  As as member of the Quality & Safety Team, this position is accountable to the Director of Quality & Safety to provide regional coordination of the processes associated with Accreditation Canada.

Experience:
  Minimum three (3) years experience in an out of scope role that encompassed participation in Accreditation as a term lead.

Required Qualifications:
  Bachelor Degree in Nursing
  Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
  Valid drivers license and personal vehicle

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Strong leadership and organizational skills
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Excellent interpersonal skills
  Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team to develop sound working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups
  Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines

Other Information:
  The incumbent is an out of scope member within the Quality & Safety portfolio
  The position has functional reporting to and from various Accreditation and CSQI teams

Additional Text:
  There is considerable need for local travel, and the accommodation of others schedules
  There may be travel outside the area for provincial meetings and workshops
  Flexible hours and the ability to work extended hours is often required
