Looking for EXPERIENCED Junior ESTIMATOR/Project Manager for commercial/industrial building envelope systems, who fits the following criteria:
1. MUST have at least ONE (1) YEAR OF SOLID EXPERIENCE in cladding, decking, metal roofing AND are a quick learner eager to take on new learning challenges.
2. Are committed to HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY in the workplace.
3. Can be available to take on planning and PROJECT MANAGEMENT duties.
4. Possess EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, both written and verbal, which allow for HIGH DEGREES OF ACCURACY and STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY.
5. Are a TEAM PLAYER with the ABILITY TO FUNCTION very well INDEPENDENTLY.
6.Candidates must be ELIGIBLE TO WORK FREELY in Canada.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Junior estimator may be required to work onsite to start, and must come with appropriate skills and experience for ESTIMATING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
