The Marketing Manager is a roll up your sleeves in the trenches role for Moodys Equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of initiatives in creating and developing our long term Marketing strategy and campaigns, working with Department managers and the corporate team which ensures we are reaching our customers with the information they need.
This position offers considerable opportunity to build on a strategic marketing program. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies in addition to:
Coordinate and ensure successful execution of all marketing events and promotions including open houses, product clinics, and trade shows
Develop and implement marketing plan in conjunction with the department and branch managers specific to their market while maintaining consistency and policies throughout Moodys Equipment
Organize, coordinate and manage direct marketing campaigns to ensure consistency of the Moodys brand with consistency through Moodys Parts, Service and Sales departments.
Develop, implement and manage a consistent brand through Social Media
Work with existing applicable manufacturers on tailoring marketing campaigns to compliment the marketing needs of Moodys Equipment.
