Delivering world-class member service requires a world-class communications infrastructure that can and will change. Thats why were looking for an expert communicator to maintain our telecom services and keep our lines of communication open.
You will be a central player on our Property and Facilities team, developing and maintaining short and long-range plans for the expansion, improvement, and cost-saving implementation for our enterprise system and its beyond-telecom deliveries. Organized and collaborative, youll take a hands-on role in keeping our facilities, telecommunications, and janitorial services functioningrolling up your sleeves and assisting with everything from repairs and support to planning and purchasing needs. Youre a big-picture thinker, with strong negotiating skills and a gift for detail that helps you stay one step ahead, ensuring all our lines of business have the support they need to continually deliver world class service.
Were looking for someone who, ideally, has successfully completed IFMA/BOMA courses on facility and property management and has earned two years worth of knowledge of telephone services strengthened by an additional three years experience in a relevant Property and Facilities role. Beyond that, were after someone with significant emotional intelligence and awareness who can work effectively as part of a team while dealing with a variety of stakeholders internally as well as externally.
