Adecco Saskatoon is currently looking for an Permanent Full Time Executive Assistant in Saskatoon, SK. Our client is a dynamic player in the financial industry, with offices in over 100 countries; you will be part of a global team that is committed to quality and professionalism. As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to the management team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is confident and shows excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in an administrative role and have a general understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role will include:
-Documentation Preparation and Management- formatting letters, memos, reports etc
-Provide financial management support
-Assist management team with billings, tracking expenses etc
-Time and Calendar Management scheduling meetings, anticipate needs and arrange schedules accurately
-Coordinate internal and external events
Qualifications Include:
-Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience within professional services or financial services environment
-Business Admin Diploma is preferred
-Proven attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Ability to multitask and meet unexpected deadlines
