Duties will Include (but are not limited to):
Reception duties, including answering phones and greetings visitors to the building
Process incoming and outgoing mail / Set up and/or maintain filing systems
Assist with in-house events as requested / Maintain Staff Training and Events Records
Ensure Policy manuals are current throughout the organization
Support Senior Management with word processing, data entry, copying, drafting
correspondence, and any other administrative assistance as required
Taking minutes at meetings as required / Other duties as assigned
Skills / Experience Required:
Office Administration Certificate or Equivalent Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Windows
Proficiency in use of Internet, email, downloading of files, search engines, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform routines, set priorities, multi-task, and proven organizational skills
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals / groups
Professional application of confidentiality a must
The successful candidate with have an interest in working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, will be able to multi-task with competing timelines, be willing be deal with unexpected or difficult situations, have the willingness and ability to learn new software and technology as needed, be open to taking training as required, and be flexible and professional at all times.
