We are looking for a collaborative, well-rounded individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. In the Generalist role, you must have the ability to work across all levels of the organization and be willing to provide support to team members, no matter what level the task. Our HR professionals are expected to guide team members, not direct them; therefore a collaborative style of leadership is essential. You will provide guidance and support in developing and implementing HR programs, which support the strategic direction of the organization. A forward thinker is essential you must see the need before it is obvious to others. You will work to foster a culture that instills leadership and accountability throughout the organization.

Other key aspects:
o 5 - 7 years experience in a Generalist role
o Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Business
o Track record of continuous learning, and career and professional development
o Specific experience in full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration
o Previous experience in an entrepreneurial, client based organization
o Experience within an unionized environment
