Perform daily cleaning of kitchen serving utensils and equipments
Clean dishes, utensils, flatware, pots and pans using the dishwasher machine and six sink method
Operate dishwashing machine in a safe matter as trained
Distribute and store clean pots and pans, dishes and utensils
Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
Empty trash containers as required.
Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition.
Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
Follow safety regulations; report injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor.
Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
Dry and damp mopping of flooring in work area.
Replenish dish machine with detergent as required
Collect dishes from cart stations in dining room during service.
All new hire are required to have orientation and training within the first month of hire and must be available.
*Must be able to pass a criminal record check
* Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays
* Guaranteed 15 hours each week
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
