Job Description: Reporting to the Project Program Manager for Children's Hospital Operations Planning, the Project Manager (PM) will oversee the planning and execution of key change projects focused on daily operations for clinical and support departments in preparation for the Children's Hospital of Saskatchewan. The PM will lead a cross-functional project team of collaborators, both internal and external to SHR. The PM will ensure engagement and collaboration with stakeholders from across the Saskatchewan health care system.
Required Qualifications

Trained in Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and guidelines with eligibility PMP Certification
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in project management within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing individuals and teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable skills in tact, diplomacy, and leadership

- Demonstrable skills with risk identification/mitigation, negotiation and change management.
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge of lean principles.

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
37.50 hours per 1 week rotation
