Applicant Requirements:

10 years of successful management experience in Operations / Plant Management; Manufacturing environment
Previous experience in Managing made-to-order, OEM/Technical Engineering OR Metal Manufacturing environment
A Degree and / or Industry training in Business Operations, Commerce, or related field
Past experience in leading a sales team
Strong leadership, organizational, and human resource mentorship skills

It would be beneficial if you had:

Strong technical capabilities in a Manufacturing environment; Engineering background and Sales experience  
A strong background in hydraulics, machining, cylinders, or other related custom metal manufacturing

This role is ideal if you are a General Manager experienced in achieving operational growth and profitability through sales and marketing initiatives, product development, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, and efficient operations. You would work closely with the Management Team with a focused directive of increasing sales and profitability on a sustained, long-term basis.
