Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking an Superintendent Mechanical Integrity at our Esterhazy K1, SK location. The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of the asset integrity programs associated with stationary and structural assets. This includes the inspection programs, budgeting and cost control, quality assurance, safety and regulatory compliance. Hire and manage outside engineering, contractors, and NDT testing firms as required to implement and maintain the asset integrity programs. Coordinate the defect elimination program including defect identification, root cause analysis, and defect elimination plan.

What is required for this role?
* Bachelors degree with a major in engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil required.
* P.Eng preferred
* A minimum of 10 of years of experience in engineering, with emphasis on stationary and structural engineering.
* Outstanding record of leading people.
* MS Project, MS Office, Computer assisted design software, Internet based monitoring systems.
* Fosters teamwork and communicates outcomes, expectations and common goals across the work unit.
* Leverages employee knowledge to develop alternate solutions and shares key learning's with others.
* Holds self-accountable to commitments while utilizing the appropriate resources to meet goals.
